About Us

Summit Builders has been considered one of the best general contractors in Eastern Idaho for over 20 years. Summit specializes in high end custom homes and office buildings. Summit utilizes their own in house master craftsmen that work in its cabinet shop, which ensures quality projects people have come to expect from them.

Building Process

Design

The first step in the process is deciding on a design for the project. If you already have plans we'll be happy to work with those. We also have an architect who can create a design to incorporate features you want in the project.

Determine a Budget

After discussing what you're looking for in the project, we will gather estimates from our construction team members and determine preliminary pricing for your home. Upon your approval, we immediately start to schedule the building process.

Construction Phase

During the construction phase, Josh will personally supervise progress and work directly with our experienced and talented construction teams. In this phase you will make your interior and exterior selections. We provide an interior designer to help you with these selections, if desired. Through-out the construction phase, Josh will keep you up-to-date on the status of your project and will ensure that every detail is addressed.
